CONSERVATIONIST, TOUR LEADER/OPERATOR
CHRIS LININGER
After discovering long ago that his natural habitat is in the mountains, Chris decided to pursue his mud and snow-covered path as a long-distance hiker, photographer, conservationist, and adventure tour operator at Epic Backpacker Tours; a small adventure tour company offering trips to off the beaten path destinations. Currently, Chris spends a majority of the year traveling and leading trips in the Karakoram range in Pakistan, at the threat of overdosing on rice, roti, and sweet chai. When he is not on the road (and most of the time when he is), Chris is a contributor for Grayl.
PHOTOGRAPHER, ACTIVIST, ADVENTURER
JACKSON GROVES
Every time Jackson embarks on a world adventure he collects one bag full of trash. It’s his small way of saying thanks to mother nature. He's traveled the world taking beautiful photographs and cleaning up the place. He's the founder of Adventure Bag Crew a movement to empower people to make a small effort and pick up a bag of trash while they explore the natural world. We see Jackson as a leader inspiring youth to have a heart for the planet and make sustainable choices that guide their life decisions.
